Before you book

Same-gender therapists
For your comfort and in line with our practice, male therapists treat male guests and female therapists treat female guests. There are no mixed-gender arrangements.
Cancellation
Paid bookings receive a full automatic refund when cancelled within one hour of booking or at least 48 hours before the appointment.
Rescheduling
Use Manage booking to choose another available time until 24 hours before the appointment. Online changes close after that.
Please arrive 15 minutes early
Kindly arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment at the centre. Late arrivals will result in a shortened therapy session so we remain on schedule for all guests.
