Before you book

Same-gender therapists
For your comfort and in line with our practice, male therapists treat male guests and female therapists treat female guests. There are no mixed-gender arrangements.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your appointment. Later cancellations are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
To change your appointment time, message us on WhatsApp at least 12–24 hours beforehand.
Please arrive 15 minutes early
Kindly arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment at the centre. Late arrivals will result in a shortened therapy session so we remain on schedule for all guests.
