Terms & Conditions

• Package validity: 1 year from the date of purchase.
• Package is sharable with friends and family, but the package owner must make the booking.
• Therapies will be done as per the package inclusion only. Cannot be transferred for other services.
• You must notify our centre of any health issues or current medical conditions directly at the centre before purchasing the package.
• This is a general wellness package only. Not for treatment of a disease.
• All appointments are subject to pre-booking and room availability.
• Rescheduling must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the booked appointment time.
• Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation, or a no-show, results in full billing / redemption of 1 session from the package.
• Cancellation is non-refundable.
