Ayurvedic Pimple Care
Personalised acne and pimple care protocol. Requires a few sessions, practitioner consultation and herbal supplements.
Acne and pimples are classified as 'Yuvana Pidaka' in Ayurveda, stemming from vitiated Rakta Dhatu (blood tissue) and aggravated Kapha and Pitta. This protocol targets the root cause — sebum overproduction and systemic inflammation — rather than just the surface.
It includes expert consultation and dietary advice, gentle herbal steam (Svedana) to open clogged pores, a deep cleanse with anti-microbial herbal powder (Neem, Tulsi), and cooling anti-inflammatory herbal masks. Expect a few sessions to see improvement.
What this therapy supports
- Visibly reduced inflammation, redness and swelling of active breakouts
- Regulated sebum production without drying the skin
- Accelerated healing of blemishes
- Minimised risk of acne scarring
