Abhyangam & Sirodhaara
Full-body oil massage followed by oil-dripping (sirodhaara) over the forehead. Excellent for stress, anxiety and insomnia.
Our gold-standard signature fusion brings together two of Kerala's most treasured therapies in a single 90-minute experience. It begins with a full-body Abhyangam using dosha-specific warm medicated oils, applied with rhythmic strokes that envelop the body in soothing warmth. This flows seamlessly into Shirodhara, where a warm stream of tailored herbal oil (tailam) is poured in a continuous pendular motion across the forehead, gently anchoring attention at the Ajna chakra.
Together, the massage and the steady oil stream guide you into an incredibly deep state of relaxation. You can expect a warm medicated oil massage, the body cradled in warm oils, and then the gentle, uniform, rhythmic pressure of the oil stream moving across the forehead. It is an intensive holistic reset designed for those carrying genuine physical and mental fatigue.

Settling into warmth
With the body enveloped in warm oils, you are gently positioned for the Shirodhara that follows, allowing the muscles to soften further.
The Shirodhara oil stream
A warm stream of tailored herbal tailam is poured in a continuous pendular motion across the forehead, targeting the Ajna chakra.
Deep relaxation
The gentle, uniform, rhythmic pressure of the oil stream quietens the mind, drawing you into an incredibly deep state of relaxation.
