Vaidya consultation
A consultation with the Vaidya assesses your needs and confirms suitability.
Tailored programme design
A programme combining decoction-based and oil-based enemas is designed around your condition.
Niruha Basti
Herbal decoction enemas (Niruha Basti) are administered as part of the supervised course.
Anuvasana Basti
Medicated oil enemas (Anuvasana Basti) are administered to nourish and balance Vata.
Supervised progress
Your progress is monitored throughout the supervised programme.
Basti should be avoided in cases of acute intestinal bleeding, severe diarrhoea, acute abdominal infections, high fever, extreme emaciation, and during pregnancy. As a supervised Panchakarma procedure, it cannot be booked online; a mandatory consultation with our Ayurveda Vaidya comes first.
