Ayurvedic Full-Body Skin Lightening Therapy (Njavara Kizhi)
Herbal oil application followed by njavara kizhi — application of red rice processed with herbs and milk. Reduces pigmentation, tightens skin and rejuvenates.
Njavara Kizhi (Navarakizhi) is a deeply nourishing, skin-rejuvenating massage using warm herbal poultices. Mineral-rich medicinal Njavara rice is cooked with milk and a Bala-root decoction, wrapped into cotton bundles, dipped in warm milk and massaged over the body. The warm, creamy rice paste acts as a natural body mask that feeds the skin and calms the nervous system.
The experience offers deep hydration and a natural glow. It tightens sagging skin, improves elasticity, smooths fine textures, fades mild blemishes, improves tone and cleanses impurities, making it ideal for chronic dryness, early skin aging, or restoring the skin after sun or harsh weather.
