Paada-Abhyangam (Foot Massage)
Ayurvedic foot massage stimulating vital marma points. Reduces fatigue, swelling and tension across the feet and ankles.
Paada-Abhyangam is a soothing 30-minute Ayurvedic foot massage in which warm herbal oils are worked gently into the feet, ankles and calves. Through rhythmic, calming strokes, the therapist stimulates the marma points of the feet, which are considered to be connected to the whole body.
Far more than a simple foot treatment, this therapy is designed to settle a busy mind as much as it eases tired legs. It is an ideal way to unwind at the end of a long day and to prepare the body and mind for restful sleep.
